As July arrives, we’re witnessing British produce at its absolute finest. This month brings the true taste of summer to London’s kitchens, with our local growers delivering exceptional fresh quality produce whilst our European partnerships provide the perfect Mediterranean complement.

The Stars of British Summer

Jersey Royal Potatoes continue their reign as the season’s crown jewel. Available in both ware and mid sizes, these waxy delights are perfect for everything from simple boiled accompaniments to sophisticated potato salads. We’re also featuring heritage varieties including Pink Fir, Ratte, Salad Blue, and Yukon Gold from Morghew Farm – each bringing unique flavours and striking presentations to your plates.

Soft Fruits are reaching their peak this month. Our partnership with Annabel’s delivers exceptional strawberries and raspberries that showcase why British berries are considered among the world’s finest. The natural sweetness and intense flavour make them perfect for everything from simple desserts to sophisticated garnishes. British cherries, green and red gooseberries are also peaking. 

The rhubarb from Wye Valley continues to deliver that perfect balance of tartness and sweetness that chefs love.
